Also reading one of the older asks it just hit me how significant it is that Trash's identity and values are so rooted in survival and in the he chooses to give up his own life to give MC a chance to survive T____T
I just bought Aloners (redux) and wanted to say I love Trash, I love your writing, and I think you have such a talent (and must have worked so hard!) to create such wonderful, fleshed out characters that are impossible not to fall in love with. That being said, I keep trying to play replay for a friendship route (esp since I read an old ask where you said your favorite jokes are in the friendship route) but I'm so in love I literally can't help myself from picking romance options LMAO

Ha! That’s the thing with branching stories–as the writer you fall in love with certain moments or lines and seethe inside that only a percentage of players will get to see them.

I just wanted to tell you that I was existing in my daily life when so suddenly Trash came to my mind and then the whole game did so, and I remembered how freaking good it is and since I have it installed in my old PC I decided just to play it.... I was out of words again at HOW GOOD your writing is, I love it, for real, the first time I played Aloners many years ago I was tired of the same monotone, sick, cheesy, sassy, cliche otome story and then your game just appeared and I was skeptical at first but then I fell in love with your way of narrating, your characters, your game, goddamn even with you.

I love otome so much, and I loved it back then, but I did yearn to play something more roleplay-based–hence Aloners. Now there are a lot of amazing options for such games! Makes me very grateful.
There are no current plans for more Aloners. But, if that ever changes, you’ll hear it here first!
